Three to five custom workouts a week, built for body recomposition and the lifestyle you actually want. Progressive overload, technique focus, and pelvic floor awareness when needed — always tailored to your equipment and time.

I've been coaching women in strength and nutrition for nine years — based in Calgary, working with clients all around the world. I started The Fit Collective because I was watching the same pattern over and over: smart, motivated women trying to outwork programs that were never built for their lives — and quitting on themselves when those programs broke.
What I do is the opposite of that. I look at your full picture — your job, your stress, your sleep, your relationship with food — and I build something around it that you can carry forward. Not for twelve weeks. For good.
